The facial I had with Louisa was absolutely magnificent. Not having had a facial in a very long time, Louisa chose the best option for my skin on the day & that was the beginning of the end. The electric blanket, the beautiful ambience & those hands.. I haven’t felt that relaxed to be able to fall asleep in a treatment before! Louisa is very skilled at what she does & my skin felt amazing! Just brilliant.

You go over and above to make sure I have everything easy & I get a text reminder a week before my treatment to remind me what I have to do in preparation, then one after it - not very often you find this service!
