If for any reason you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We require at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to another client.

Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a 50% late cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

Failure to attend an appointment, or failure to give any notice of a cancellation will result in a 100% non-attendance fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

Booking Deposits may be required for appointments.
